Singer | Voice Teacher |Trained Vocologist
Kiley Hazelton is a freelance singer, voice teacher, and yoga instructor based in St.Paul/Minneapolis.
Kiley graduated with honors from Concordia College (bachelor of music in vocal performance) and USC-Thornton School of Music (master of music in vocal arts and opera). At USC Kiley worked as a student voice instructor for undergraduate students and underwent extensive training in voice pedagogy. She is a member of the music honors society, Pi Kappa Lambda- Eta Chapter, and is a graduate of the National Center of Voice and Speech’s Summer Vocology Institute. She currently teaches voice and works as an administrative assistant and The Saint Paul Conservatory of Music.
Kiley’s operatic performance credits include: Despina in Così Fan Tutte (Fargo-Moorhead Opera Company), Oberto in Alcina (USC Thornton Opera), The Innkeeper's Wife in The Cunning Little Vixen (Miami Music Festival), Kate Pinkerton in Madama Butterfly (Fargo-Moorhead Opera Company), Suor Genovieffa in Suor Angelica (Fargo-Moorhead Opera Company, cover), Adele in Die Fledermaus (SPA Opera Company). As an early music singer, Kiley was a member and soloist with the USC Thornton Baroque Sinfonia and is currently on roster with Los Angeles Camerata. Kiley sang as an auxiliary soprano member of the Los Angeles Master Chorale.
Kiley received her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Certification from Corepower Yoga and she currently teaches vinyasa power yoga at Fusion Yoga in Eagan, MN as well as private sessions and classes.
